12% annual yield with monthly payments

The offered standard model provides a contractually guaranteed annual yield of 12% of the regular lodge price for ten years, payable by Mafia Island Accommodation & Selling Limited under the final signed agreement.

Payments start three months after the later of substantial completion and acceptance. Figures are before any legally required withholding or personal taxes and before deductions for personal-use days. The guarantee is the operating company’s contractual payment obligation; it is not a separate bank or third-party guarantee and depends on the company’s ability to pay.

Early Investor option: a €20,000 reduction from the regular model price in exchange for no yield during the first five years of the ten-year yield period. After that waiver, the standard amount based on the regular price applies for the remaining five years. Eligibility and current availability require a written offer.
